Our Distillery is positioned in the midst of our 20 hectare sugarcane plantation and the cane is harvested from November to March every year. After the harvest has been gathered, meticulous attention is given to the production of the highest quality pure sugarcane rum.
Our rum is produced from the U-Thong III sugarcane which gives rivers of light-green juices with a sweet succulent flavor. Sugarcane is grown organically in the strong sunlight of Laos. The ripe juices are squeezed from the sugarcane and fermented to produce our refined LAODI White Rum with its own very exclusive full-bodied fruity aroma.
